MBBS (Hons) · MD (Medicine) · Fellowship in Geriatrics.
A consultant physician with experience in internal medicine and a focused commitment to older-adult care. Former Senior Resident at IGIMS, Patna and ESIC, Noida.
A whole-person approach to later-life care
The consultation considers medical conditions alongside medicines, mobility, memory and everyday independence. Dr Nishant’s clinical focus includes complex multimorbidity, medication review and healthy ageing. Care priorities are discussed with the patient and, where appropriate and agreed, their family.
The aim is a practical plan shaped around the person. Investigations, follow-up and input from other professionals depend on individual clinical findings.
